Returns- All of our orders are custom made per order. USPS insurance is included in every order, if there is damaged that has occurred in shipping. The CUSTOMER is responsible to claim insurance with his or her local post office if damage occurs. Please visit this link for instructions on insurance claiming with USPS- All insurance claims can be made at your local post office.

Candle Scents for our products- If you are not sure about a scent, please try in small quantities first. We do not offer returns on products due to personal dislike of fragrances.

Shipping-  All items are shipped USPS priority mail with insurance. Once shipped, the time of shipping is 2-3 days.  You will receive a automatic tracking number from USPS when your order is shipped- to track your package visit www.usps.com. Shipping cost is based on shipping, insurance, and handling fees.
